1. How can I pay?
To make shopping at ElecFreaks straightforward and simplified, for retailers we suggest paying via PayPal (it’s quick and easy to sign up for an account at paypal.com if you do not currently have one)and credit card is acceptable; for wholesalers, we suggest T/T.
2. Do you ship to my country?
Of course. We ship worldwide. For remote areas where express can’t arrive, air mail can do.
3. Will I be charged customs?
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes, and any extra fees charged by the courier
company. We will not hold you responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and
any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
Customs are quite different in each country. please comment while you are placing the order about the requirements, we will support you as much as possible.
4. Can I choose the DHL/FedEx/UPS shipping?
Check before deciding on the shipping option. DHL/FedEx/UPS is not available for some remote areas. You may shift to air mail in this case.
Write to ask for the check if you don’t know the access.
5. Any warranty for my purchases?
All products (except electronic components) are guaranteed with one-year replacement and a life-long warranty from the ELECFREAKS store. Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges tab for more details.
6. I am a reseller/wholesaler, can we cooperate?
Why not? We are always looking for honest business partners, feel free to email us. Your inquiries will be seriously handled. Please be reminded that establishing long-term win-win business relations is one of our business goals.
